Key words: unsymmetrical allyl disulfides, freons, supercritical carbon dioxide, solubility, dynamic method
The solubility of two unsymmetrical synthetic allyl disulfides (allyl 8-quinolyl disulfide
and allyl benzothiazol-2-yl disulfide) in subcritical freon R22 and freon R410a and
supercritical carbon dioxide at 40 °С and 200 bar is determined using a dynamic flow
method. Freon R22 is shown to be a prospect solvent for practical applications of the
allyl disulfides.
