At obtaining tissue-specific scaffolds of dense tissues from decellularized porcine articular cartilage it was found that full decellularization of tissue takes surfactant treatment followed by supercritical fluides treatment. An introduction of ethanol as a polarity modifier enables to increase significantly a completeness of cartilage decellularization backgrounded by reduction of the destructive changes in the extracellular matrix. Preservation of morphology and active proliferation of mesenchymal stromal cells of human adi pose tissue in the presence of tissue-specific scaffold of porcine cartilage evidence an opportunity of its use as a cell carrier for tissue engineering of cartilage.
