The work first presents data on the supercritical extraction of Parthenocissus oil and its fatty-acid, phytosterol, and elemental composition. We perform a comparative analysis of derived data with the literature ones. Unlike the varietal grapes extract, the supercritical extract of Parthenocissus is determined to contain eicosanic acid.
