Key words: catalysts of reforming, coke, supercritical carbon dioxide, ozone
The potential of low-temperature (50÷150°С) regeneration of coked bimetallic Pt-Re/γ-Al2O3 catalysts of reforming with high concentration ozone dissolved in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) have been studied. Our Raman, thermogravimetric, and differential micro-calorimetric studies have shown that solid organic deposits (coke) being a side products of reforming process can be partially removed from coked mesoporous catalyst surface by its processing with O3/SC-CO2 mixture without any loss of active component (Pt, Re). Processing of coked Pt-Re/γ-Al2O3 catalysts with O3/SC-CO2 mixture causes alterations of parameters (conversion, selectivity) of catalytic n-heptane reforming.
