Statistical theory is used to analyze the data on supercritical CO2 coherent antistokes light scattering spectroscopy. It is demonstrated that the random local structure of supercritical CO2 is layered as the fluid temperature is 33 °C and the fluid density is critical. The layer thickness does not exceed 8 nm. The layer average density is 1% higher than critical density. The effective value of the local density fluctuations is 8%. The fraction of the local layers rarefied by the density fluctuations exceeds that of dense layers by 8 %. The lifetime of the local density fluctuations is about 10-10 s.
